Tanimex

Tan Binh Import - Export Corporation (TANIMEX) was established in 1982 while Hochiminh City's foreign trade is in the making. Tanimex was initially assigned to supply export commodities to major trading firms which are entitled to direct transaction, mainly with the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. Today, after 20 years of endeavor and growth, Tanimex emerged from a period of challenges to become a prestigious state-owned enterprise, a veteran in the import - export business.

Tanimex - maintains commercial links with partners from Asia, Australia, Europe, America, - exports footwear, produce, handicrafts..., - imports machinery and equipment, materials for footwear, textile and tobacco industries and agriculture, household electric and electronic appliances

The above enterprises rapidly adapt themselves to domestic and international fluctuations, continuously innovate their products and technology in order to preserve their own existence and growth.

The company is also a developer of various urban development projects. Leading the country in B.O.T investment, Tanimex invested in Truong Son toll read (1994), the pleasant-looking and convenient gateway to Hochiminh City by airway which has been prematurely transferred to state operation in 2001. Besides, our corporation undertook the foundation of Tan Binh Industrial Park (TBIP), ranked amongst the most attractive and fastest growing industrial parks countrywide. In 2001, we founded two enterprises mainly aiming at servicing enterprises in TBIP and estate projects, named the Enterprise for Construction and Mechanical Engineering and the Enterprise for General Services with numerous branches.
