If you want to upgrade your membership, please sign in at Vnemart Network
( http://www.Vnemart.com.vn ) first, and then click the "My VNemart" link on the Vnemart Network home page. Alternatively, simply "upgrade" to complete the process.

If you select to join paid member, once we receive your payment, VNemart Network will send your company information to a third party agency for Business Authentication and Verification check (the check will take from 3 - 15 days, depending on your location). This is not a credit check, but simply to verify that your business is legally registered in your country or territory of business, and that you are a legal representative. After you pass AV, then you will be able to display a Trust Profile online, demonstrating to buyers that you are a genuine and credible supplier.

You will receive a verification code in your e-mail box. To verify your registered email address, simply follow the instructions.

Why should I enter the word in the image when registering?

By entering the word you see in the image into the box, you help Vnemart Network prevent automated registrations. This reduces system loads and ensures better performance of VNemart Network services.

What should I do if I cannot see the image?

If no picture appears, please make sure your browser is set to display pictures and try again. If you are not sure what the text is, take your best guess. If you guess incorrectly, you will have an opportunity to enter a different text on the next screen.

Why should I verify my registered email address?

1. Verification ensures you receive inquiries at your company email address.
(Note: if you do not verify your address, you may not receive all inquiries.)
In addition, please regularly check your Inbox at My VNemart Network.
2. Verification ensures you receive your VNemart Network Trade Alerts.

How to verify my registered email address?

1. Please sign in at My VNemart
2. Submit your verification code (Please copy and paste the code)

What if I haven't received verification email?

If for some reason you have not received the email address verification code, I recommend you change your registered email address on Vnemart Network in order to receive it.
1. Sign in My VNemart
2. Click on 'Still haven't received the verification code?
3. Input a new email address
4. Submit
Meanwhile, as your member ID has been enabled right after registering, the email verification won't impact your usage of Vnemart Network.

Why am I having difficulty inputting my email address during registration?

The following problems may have occurred:
If you see the error message "This email address already exists", it means that your email address has been registered at VNemart Network before. To proceed, please register a different email address for your new account.If you have forgotten your member ID, please click contact us to retrieve it. You may have input an improper email address. Please ensure to input a correct email address, as this will be the primary contact method between you and your potential customers.
