- Bridge design must be slim, esthetic and well intergrated in the landscape.
- Routing can follow the course of Nhieu Loc – Thi Nghe canal or different if proven as being more appropriate and feasible .

- Project studies start in Aug, 2006 and bridge commissioned by 2010
- Priority to investors experienced in elevated road construction and proposing better and shorter time frame.

Contractors might use cantilever erection method or propose other modern technologies more environment friendly and less traffic disrupting.
